Project Description:

Renovations, improvements, and additions to existing buildings on a four acre site at 1131 Hastings St. Existing two buildings had a combined usable space of 22,000 sf. The facility was designed to accommodate approximately 50 employees. The offices provided reception, public areas, conference rooms, administrative offices, engineering, central dispatch/ control center, meter department, training room for 50, cafeteria, locker rooms, and exercise room. A warehouse building included space for 6-8 maintenance, 8 line, and miscellaneous vehicles, offices for 5-6 plant operators, 20 line workers, kitchenette, restrooms, lockers for 30, and a wash down room.
